1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or making a reservation with Holifix Hotels ("Holifix", "we", "us" or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only once you receive a booking confirmation by email or SMS.

• The guest making the booking must be at least 18 years of age.
• Rates are quoted per room per night unless stated otherwise and are subject to applicable taxes.
• Special requests such as room views, early check-in or extra beds are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

3. Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Every adult guest must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa. We reserve the right to refuse check-in if valid identification is not provided.

4. Rates & Payments

Payment may be collected in advance at the time of booking or at the hotel, depending on the rate plan you choose. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and cash. Any additional charges incurred during your stay, such as food and beverages, laundry or damages, must be settled before check-out.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to respect other guests, our staff and the property. Holifix may ask any guest to leave without a refund if their behaviour is unlawful, unsafe or disturbs others.

• Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
• Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms after 9:00 PM.
• Guests are liable for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.

6. Limitation of Liability

Holifix is not responsible for the loss of, or damage to, personal belongings left unattended. Please use the in-room digital safe for valuables. We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, landslides, road closures or government restrictions.

7. Use of the Website

All content on this website, including text, photos and logos, belongs to Holifix and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Photos are for illustration and actual rooms may vary slightly.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and the "Last updated" date above shows when it was last changed.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of West Bengal.
